A tomato containing Arctic flounder genes to improve cold tolerance doesn’t exist. It was an early experiment in the 90s that was never released to the market.
Why? It was tested and didnt work.
Seedless fruit can be produced in a number of ways. One is by netting them to prevent pollination. Another is by picking a sterile hybrid (like a plant equivalent of a mule.)
None are produced by GM. All are safe.
Monsanto is a pretty tiny player in the food industry, about the same size as Wholefoods (owned by huge corporation Amazon)
It also produces many conventional seeds used by organic growers.
