If you have a problem with our CFC rules you have a problem with the EU.

Ignore the whole of Chapter I, start with Ch II, Article 4 – Interest Limitation rule – this is in UK legislation in TIOPA 2010 Part 10.

The “Corporate Interest Restriction” as it is in UK law was actually enacted as an amendment in November 2017.

Vichai was always a fan of the PL. He was a huge fan of Chelsea football club. Up until an incident in 2005. Prior to that, he was a regular at the VIP box at Stamford Bridge. As one of the wealthiest person in Thailand, flying regularly to the game was not an issue.

Arron Banks @Arron_banks the co-founder of the Leave-EU campaign, who also happened to meet with Kremlin-connected officials 11 times, related to business dealings, among other things, just joined Trump on Twitter in an attack against NATO.
This afternoon Trump tweeted: “The European Union makes it impossible for our farmers and workers and companies to do business in Europe (U.S. has a $151 Billion trade deficit), and then they want us to happily defend them through NATO, and nicely pay for it. Just doesn’t work!”
Soon after, Arron Banks replied: “Trump hits the nail on the head.”

Who would have thought, that the two men, who clearly had multiple Kremlin contacts during their respected campaigns, would now be attacking the primary foe of Putin, NATO.

Leave.EU's Brexit transactions really are worth burrowing into. In final 10 weeks of campaign was only allowed to spend £700k but had received £6m in loans from Arron Banks. Why? How was all this money spent?
Banks donated more than £8m to Leave groups. On 21st April, he loaned Leave.EU £1m - but the entire spending limit for the campaign from 15 April to 23 June was just £700k. How could they have spent all this money within the regulations?
