2) Fantasy market based on years of ZIRP now coming to an end, corruption and #FakeNews clickbait, reporters turning company PR releases into cheerleading stories. Elon is a symptom. NASDAQ should have halted pending clarification, SEC should act. Looks like old VSE now.
3) Meanwhile, ethical $TSLA engineers have left. “The decision to market Autopilot as a ‘full self-driving’ system ‘was a factor in the decision by Mr. Anderson and at least two other engineers to leave the company,’ the Journal reported.”
4) Flim-flam and overpromising on larger and larger scales as the market kept rewarding each episode with more and more funding to burn. It is possible there is one last hurrah if some sovereign fund steps in to finance the pioneering “going private” scheme...
