Many toned & healthy-looking people get heart attacks and aneurysms in their 30s and 40s and kick the rusty bucket.

– Inflammation doesn't necessarily make you bloated or overweight.

Your innerception is a better indicator than any measurement or medical exam, so PAY ATTENTION.
There are so many everyday indicators that you SURELY are unwell, wasting time and money with BMI and other bullshit metrics is pathetic.

If you could just pay attention and be honest with yourself.
1. You're fat, skinny or skinny-fat. It's obvious. You need no doctor to know that you're an idiot.

2. You are sleepy all the time. Usually this is a symptom of eating carbohydrates you should not eat and/or dehydration. Or hypothyroidism.
3. You don't want to get out of bed in the morning. This means you fucking hate your life, and probably also signals an underlying physiological issue:

– Mineral imbalance (deficiency of salts needed to run your brane)
– Not enough exercise, especially cardio.
– All of 2 above.
4. You experience "mood swings" and/or get explosively angry or teary. No, kids, that doesn't go with normal testosterone and estrogen.

5. You can't sleep, and not just because you're too eager to get to your projects.
6. You need to eat at least three times a day, or else. No, contrary to pseudoscience you have been told, this is not the normal human diet, for anyone's physiology.

If you can't go without food for 18 hours, you're definitely NOT healthy.
You don't have to be like this.
