Confirming Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court would have devastating impacts for women’s health, especially for women of color.

I joined @maziehirono, @gillibrandny and advocates today to speak out on #WhatsAtStake.
I’ve reviewed Kavanaugh’s record – it’s clear he won’t protect the Affordable Care Act, no matter the impact on women who rely on it. We cannot go back to the old days when women of color were charged more for insurance. #WhatsAtStake
I’m a mother. I’m an American with disabilities. I’m a woman of color. But I’m also a fighter, and I’m going to pour my heart into stopping the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh – a judge who’s already used his power to make it harder for women to access the care they need.
