THE ADROIT STAGE.
This is a stage of massive knowledge. U have finally connected most of the dots. U have a lot of knowledge about ur chosen career. U av falling down many times n u av risen back up. N u av learnt from every of ur mistakes.
U av experience, u av

stories to tell.
This is a stage where u surprise urself. Where everything felt like magic. U couldn't believe u do some of d things u do. U amaze urself how some of what u create turns out. It looks like a Miracle.
U av cut out ur niche n u are surprisingly proficient at it.

This is a stage of massive creativity. U just realized u can do everything n ur mind is opened to explore ur limits. So u make a lot of avantgarde moves that comes out amazingly flawless.
This is the stage where u become a pro. U r being recognized. U r having patronages, u r

having recognitions, awards n promotion.
This stage ur motivation is back up but it is mostly determined by external factors. Such as earnings n recognitions.
This is a dangerous stage. This is d stage where many people get stocked. Where people stop growing, where people stop

learning. Surprisingly many career people never grow past this stage.
If u dwell too much in ur own importance at this stage, ur hunger to be better n do better can dry up.

STAGE 4
THE EXPERTS.
This is the stage when u rise head n shoulder above many people in ur field n chosen career. Anyone who get to this stage generally don't av issue with motivation. Their motivation don't rest on external factors. U love ur job, u find fulfilment in

ur job. Generally at this stage u r mentors to numerous people in the adroit stage.
While the third stage last btw 3 to 7 yrs. Technically d experts stage(4 stage) is formally recognized from ten years of high performance.
