1/ The first stage is the EXCITEMENT STAGE: U got d idea, u know what u want n u just figure out how to go get it. U can't wait to get started, u r anticipating n excited about d new journey u r about to embark. This stage is laced with slight apprehension as u know
you av not yet av it all figured out. But d excitement out-weight d trepidation. U love ur idea, u love d new job, u love d new skill u r about to acquire n sky is going to be d limit of ur discoveries.
Ur motivation is 100%, u r looking forward to all d people u will meet
in this new journey n all that life has waiting for u.
U started n everything just seems wonderful, d new discoveries r intriguing n u r just discovering all this stuff u don't know about before n becoming aware of all ur new career has in-stored for u. It is fun, u r
happy, u r learning new things everyday. U r discovering new depth n detours that caught u by surprise n throw u off balance ones a while. U did not know that ur new chosen career has this much depth, it may not be as easy breezy as u thought but it is all good. U r going
to learn, u r going to be a pro n make loads of money.

2/ STAGE TWO.
THE BOREDOM STAGE.
U r learning a lot, working really hard, taking in so much at once. But d more u learnt d more u realized how much more u did not know. U did not knw that it was going to be this hard,
that it was going to be this difficult. u r giving ur best but ur best looks like a drop of water in the ocean. U tried to work harder but u r getting tired. More so u r more confused at this stage than when u started. Whatever u create, whatever is ur output just look stupid.
It looks like no one in their right sense is going to patronize this. Every other person in ur field seems to be doing beautiful job except u. Maybe u choose d wrong career, u wondered. U don't know how u r ever going to learn all it takes to be successful at this career. u r
probably not as good as u thought. U felt stupid....lost. Ur self esteem was sinking really low n to make everything worse u r barely earning anything.
D job is stressful, it takes all of ur time but u r not even learning much or earning much. U begin the lose the purpose
in ur decision to start d career in d first place. U r doubtful, u don't feel like getting up in d morning to go to work anymore. At this stage u don't know if u have made d right choice. N with all d self doubt, ur motivation gradually slipped out of d window.
U r faced with d reality of how hard it is to be successful .
This stage is characterized by zero motivation, self doubt, fear, stress, anxiety about ur future. U r faced with huge criticism and have zero appreciation from outer source.
This is the stage when people who
failed at anything actually quit.
It takes someone with a strong heart and a winning spirit to move out of this stage to d next level.
This is one of the most difficult stage of the four stages in a SUCCESSFUL CAREER.
While d first stage lasted between 1month to 1yr. The second stage lasted btw 2yrs to 3yrs. This is when a student would drop out of school. This is when an entrepreneur would give up or when
