3. Are you practicing self-care?
4. Do you value the work of women of the global majority?
1. How are we making sure our voices are heard while honoring the voices of others?
2. What is our role in telling history in a truthful way?
3. Do we practice self-care in the face of trauma?
4. Are we consistent allies to others?
1. Are we handing over the microphone?
2. Is our platform about others or ourselves?
3. Do our words out in the world hold up abusive/oppressive systems?
4. Are we reading books from a diverse set of authors?
1. Are you honoring the earth?
2. Are you seeking justice for the oppressed?
3. Are you asking questions?
4. Do you value the work of transformation on a personal AND communal level?
1. Do we remember that there are single people doing amazing work in the world?
2. Are we intentionally exposing our kids to diversity on a regular basis?
