He’s not surrendering today, but at date to be determined by Bureau of Prisons.
Papadopoulos, the judge said, “had a lot of advantages in life” and was “riding very high” after Trump’s inauguration when he lied to the FBI.
Judge said he imagined the “collateral consequences” for Papadopoulos had been “close to unbearable,” and that he hoped his prison sentence would be the “beginning of [his] second chance.”
