Wow! It’s been one year since the publication of Principles: Life & Work, over 1.5 million have been sold worldwide, more people than I could imagine have told me that it has been life changing for them, and I’ve had many meaningful conversations with you here.
I’ve been especially pleased to watch many organizations start to create idea meritocracies that will bring them meaningful work and meaningful relationships through radical truthfulness and radical transparency—and to hear the positive effects this approach is already having.
Over the next several months, I will be passing along the tools I describe in Principles, a collection of principles from great people I know, and my final book, Economic and Investment Principles—and I will be discussing these things with you here.
Then I will have passed along everything that helped me and will go quiet.
