Why I think #Kavanaugh is lying:
1. Dr. Ford's sessions with a therapist where she named him and the boys with him happened six years ago.

2. Brett Kavanaugh's calendar proves he went to parties with Mark Judge and P.J. - Dr. Ford named these two men BEFORE his calendar was made public. If she didn't "hang in the same circles" as Brett Kavanaugh, how would she know this?

3. Brett Kavanaugh testified that he and Dr. Ford (Christine Blasey - a 15 year old teenager - at the time) did not "travel in the same social circles."

He was friends with young women from similar backgrounds. Who attended private, Catholic girls schools.

It is my experience that rich, boys typically don't try to rape girls whose dads may golf with their dads. Girls whose dads could possibly derail one's chances of getting into an Ivy League school.

Far better to scare, intimidate and victimize someone who even if she does tell - the story may not get to anyone who "matters".

Or whose story won't be believed.

Or even if people do believe her - her dreams/goals are less valuable than yours - so nothing will come of it.

4. Brett Kavanaugh testified that the event must have happened on a weekend - because everyone had a job during the summer so the even must have happened on a weekend.

Everyone knows - that when you are a student with a summer job you work weekends. It's not a 9 - 5 thing.

And - he did drink on weeknights. It says so right on his calendar.

When you are 17 - it doesn't matter if you have work in the morning.
You have stamina.
If there's a party - there's a party.

5. Just because his calendar didn't say "Rape and intimidate a girl from outside of our social circle." Doesn't mean it didn't happen.

6. Mark Judge - was also accused of sexual assault. Why hasn't he been subpoenaed?

Brett Kavanaugh describes Mark Judge as a person who had difficulties with drugs and alcohol. He adds - "He almost died." - he says this like Mark Judge may have almost died from alcoholism or a drug overdose.

Mark Judge had leukemia. That's how he almost died.

Mark Judge wrote a book.
"Wasted: Tales of a Gen X Drunk" has a character, "Bart O’Kavanaugh" who's a hard partying, oft drunk frat boy.

Hmmmmm.....

A Supreme Court Justice is a job appointment for life - that has lasting effects on EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN.

This is not a job interview for a dishwasher (no offense to dishwashers).

We need to get this right.

If someone feels they are above the law - Supreme Court Justice is not the job we want for them.

One last thing.
A letter from the American Bar Association states he is "without bias or prejudice."

Everyone has bias and prejudice.

I have bias and prejudice.

The key is recognizing it and doing a self examination every time you make a judgement.

We deserve someone better.

P.S. - I don't have 65 girlfriends from High School who would sign a letter stating I treated them with "Decency and Respect," and I didn't go to an all boys school.

I think that's just weird.
