Read one Chapter of the Bible.
Mediate for 10 minutes and find 5 things to be grateful about.
Pray for 10 minutes
Find new words/ways to tell my significant other that I love them.
Switch of TV/Social media spend 1 hour focused time with my children, find out what are they dreams, fears, aspirations & just bond with them.
Catch people doing good & verbally compliment them
Drink 8 glasses of water.
Eat an apple a day (it does keep the Dr away).
Walk 10k steps.
Stay away from sugar (personal favorite 😕).
Take the stairs.
10x jumping jacks, sit ups, planks and squats while watching TV
Read 10 pages of a Motivational or non-fiction book.
Listen to àudio books as you drive.
Register for toastmaster and learn public speaking.
Write down your goal and focus on it daily
Pack lunch. Drink the free coffee (after two weeks you will be used to Ricoffy👀).
Set a budget, still to it and track your daily expenses.
Start early or leave later:do 1 hour online training daily. If it's not offered go to udemy.com choose a high Value skill in your career and master it.
Start a side hustle, sell something or create something.
