Flake is a YES. Murkowski looks to be a NO. That means if Collins is a YES at 3 pm, then Kavanaugh wins, no matter what Manchin does
And obviously, if Collins is a NO, then it would all come down to MANCHIN - who has had Trump campaigning against him for months

VP Pence now in meeting just off the House floor in Speaker Ryan's ceremonial office. Photos not allowed. Lots of security. Lots of reporters.
Secret Service seems especially skittish outside Pence meeting. We have been specifically warned not to push too closely for comment upon departure. Normally Pence walks by us without any issue.
Pence, Kushner, Mulvaney leave without comment. Meadows says talks are 'ongoing'

I have repeatedly said Judge Brett Kavanaugh is one of the most highly qualified people who has ever been nominated to serve on the Supreme Court.

I doubt any person nominated to the Court has ever been looked at as closely as Judge Kavanaugh.
I personally know all I need to know about this fine man who is incredibly capable and qualified.

I am ready to vote on his nomination now.
Having said that, I respect my colleagues who have requested the supplemental FBI investigation, which will be limited in scope and time.

It can be done quickly and then we will be able to move forward to an up-or-down vote in the Senate next week.

Apparently, Brett Kavanaugh believes life begins before conception.
All of the political dogma aside, Brett Kavanaugh appears to have lied under oath several times. We impeached a President for that.
