Well, I just got an email from @sixensemotion that they are refunding all backer money. So it looks like I'm getting my $349 back.

I backed in Sept 2013, and completely forgot about it. Wow.

@sixensemotion Same thing happened with CastAR. After I had completely forgotten about it, one day out of nowhere I get notification that I was getting my $500 back. Not long after, it hit my PayPal account.
As for my backing of Ouya and Oculus, I put them on eBay and got premium Dollars for them. :)

So much for the AR/VR journey.

ps: Magic Leap is DOA
So far, I have lost money to two bits of hardware where they took the money and disappeared

I just wrapped an interview over the latest Star Citizen funding fiasco which broke just before Christmas.

HIlariously, instead of, you know, profiting on 1/5th of the sales, financials now show that he was burning through more money than he was making, essentially bankrupting the project. Hence a $46M investor bailout.

It was already a foregone conclusion (I totally called it back in 2015) that the funding chart was bs.

In fact, as I wrote in my latest blog, they burned through $32M MORE than the chart showed.

Well I said I would make a thread about Elizabeth Warren, who is another possible presidential contender I continue to see getting brought up so let's get started.
Like most of my other threads, she can be linked back to a NYTimes article celebrating legalized bribery and "blitzing the New York money circuit".

Money is not meant to be kept in a bank account (besides running expenses). It's either supposed to be ACTIVELY working to create wealth or working to positively impact others. Those that are wealthy and happy know this.
Money is a means to an end. The reason many people malfunction when they see money is because they never defined what their end is - what they want to use money for beyond buying house, car, clothes and sex.
Money is so fleeting that a series of bad decisions can result in it being completely spent, lost or frozen. People who then try to amass dubious generational wealth because of a fear of not having or losing money, soon develop anxiety and family problems.
