@JusticeWillett We did a Twitter interview with 5th Circuit Judge Don Willett (@JusticeWillett, who called it a "Twitterview") — he said DOJ told him he didn't need to list his Twitter account in his questionnaire. @JusticeWillett Court transparency group @FixTheCourt sent a letter to Grassley and Feinstein earlier this year asking them to directly ask nominees for social media handles. No action on that to date.
