NEW: Judicial Watch is covering the caravan crisis from the Guatemalan-Honduran border this week & observed that the popular mainstream media narrative of desperate migrants — many of them women & children seeking a better life — is hardly accurate. (1/8)

Besides gang members and mobs of young angry men, reports indicate that the Central American caravan that is currently making its way toward the United States from Central America also consists of Africans, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans, and Indians. (2/8)

Guatemalan intelligence officials confirmed that the caravan that originated in the Honduran city of San Pedro Sula includes a multitude of Special Interest Aliens (SIA) from the aforementioned areas as well as other criminal elements & gang members. (3/8)

There are also large groups of men (some w/ criminal histories) aggressively demanding the U.S. take them in. Near the Guatemalan town of Chiquimula (~35 miles from Honduras), JW encountered a group of ~600 men (aged 17 to about 40) marching north. (4/8)

All the migrants interviewed by JW repeated the same line when asked who organized the caravan, insisting it was a spontaneous event, though there were clearly organizers shouting instructions in Spanish & putting select persons in front of cameras. (5/8)

Guatemala is overwhelmed by the sudden onslaught & immigration officials say ~1,700 migrants were returned to Honduras by bus. Per Guatemalan govt sources, the first wave of migrants totaled ~4,000 followed by a second less-organized group of ~2,000. (6/8)

Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández said in a local newspaper report that leftist interests seeking to destabilize the country are manipulating migrants. He also said women & children are being used without regard to the risks to their lives. (7/8)

The impoverished Central American nation needs help (logistical, comms, & civil affairs support) to stop the caravans, and Guatemalan Secretary of Strategic Intelligence Mario Duarte said: “There are only so many resources we can dedicate to this.” (8/8)
