Federal prosecutors in New York confirm in a new court filing that there is "a grand jury investigation into Michael Cohen and others, which remains ongoing." 
DOJ says that revealing the search warrants it used to gather information on Cohen would "interfere with this investigation and implicate significant privacy concerns for numerous uncharged third parties who are named" in them.
DOJ says it shouldn't be forced to release even parts of the Cohen warrant applications, because that would produce a "very public guessing game in which the media and other members of the public attempt to guess the identities of the uncharged parties."
DOJ says disclosure of the Cohen warrant materials "would jeopardize an ongoing law enforcement investigation in concrete ways."

What's intriguing about this - beyond the "and others" - is that SDNY says it's still investigating Michael Cohen. In his plea agreement, DOJ agreed that he "will not be further prosecuted criminally by this Office" for a list of stuff, including the campaign finance violations.
Though DOJ did leave open the possibility that it could pursue a racketeering charge against Cohen based on the same conduct.
