I just dont understand why you would want to write "stechyu aaf yoonitee" in devanagari.
Agar devanagari mein kuch likhna hee hai to likho -
"Ekata ki Pratima"

This is the kind of pig headed choice that makes me seriously worry about the mental ineptitude of people who run the Indian State. Particularly the bureaucrats
People who cant read the Roman script and need to read only in devanagari will CLEARLY NOT understand what on earth stechyu aaf yoonitee is!

The average villager from UP who may visit this place can actually understand the words stechyu of yooniti written in devanagari but is not familiar with words like ekta or pratima
