where Remand was granted to cops as a matter of Routine when the Law expects the Magistrate (Judiciary) to apply it's mind and not rubber stamp the actions of Police which could be illegal or abuse of power.
Do Rights of Citizens matter in this country & R courts meant to 10/n

not consider the material available with the alleged accused at Prima Facie stage when the Govt/State which is given the power to Prosecute is not prosecuting fairly ie in other words not discharging it's job/duties fairly ?
Y shud Courts accept all what State says as Truth 11/n

Y Cops of Gujarat Police or CBI which investigated Haren Pandya Murder etc did not take into account the statement 👇 of Father of Late Mr Pandya who levelled specific allegations against @narendramodi then Gujarat CM, Mr LK Advani the then HM & Dy PM 12/n

This again brings me to the point that all such investigation must be on CAMERA to minimize the chances of Manipulation, fabrication & botch up which the then CM & Dy PM & HM of the country through such corrupt IPS of @IPS_Association have indulged in against public interest 13/n

Clearly the CBI which (J) Chelameshwar has recently said is an illegal organization and which Gauhati HC has so held in it's Judgement did not do it's job professionally and honestly

Does the Public not have a right to expect FAIR investigation from the investigating agencies which use Public funds even for the payment of their salaries & such investigations ?

the JUDGES who have acquitted these criminals by accepting the manipulated & botched up police theory when they were under the professional obligation of their Public office to unearth the truth.

It is time for Supreme Court of India 2 assert it's supremacy & allow the "Rule of Law" 2 prevail lest the citizens of this Country lose faith in law

Mind you the citizen of this country is not asking for action against the CM or PM of the country but against all CRIMINALS 22/n

including Mr Modi whom the apex court itself once called "Modern Day Nero"
It has been held by SC that advantages of a botched up investigation or manipulated investigation by a complicit IO can not be given to the accused becoz then the SOCIETY becomes the ultimate loser 23/n

Clearly the complicity of the IO is visible in this case and at each stage the accused Mr Modi or Mr Shah who hold positions of power have been able to save their skin as accused thru quid pro quo by assuring of continuance of power to the cops including to then SIT chief 24/n

That SIT chief is RK Raghvan who has now been made the High Commissioner to CYPRUS as reward & quid Pro Quo
Mr YC Modi has been similarly rewarded as Quid Pro Quo

Supreme Court will do itself and the country a FAVOR by upholding the law & not playing into the hands of the Govt of India
