1/ Call me a bitter clinger. But the CA election results just don't feel 'right' to me. So I poked around the Election Law Code and discovered that less than two months ago, 9/17/2018 a revision to the election code was passed by the Dems in charge of our State.
2/ The Election Code Division 3 Vote by Mail Voting Chapter 1:3019 was passed on Sept. 17, 2018 in time to be implemented for yesterday's election.

In it there is provision for NOT PROCESSING a returned ballot if the signatures on the ballot don't match the registration.
3/ I'll add details to this as I can but in a nutshell CA Election Law gives a means to set aside a ballot until the signatures are confirmed.

The law says that notice to the voter must happen before 8 days prior to the election is certified and the voter then has confirm signin
4/ For the primary in June it took some 6 weeks to certify the election.

So to my tin foil hat wearing head that means that any mail ballot can be set aside for about a month, not counted, notice then dropped in mail to say signatures don't match. If unanswered, vote voided.
5/ it would be very easy to manipulate this CA Mail in Votes system to discard unwanted votes.

Anyone interested in looking in to this?

6/ At the very least, the Mail in Voters of California should be looking for these 'signatures don't match' notices. It would be very interesting if there were disproportional amt of these not counted ballots from GOP Areas as opposed to LA and SF Counties.

7/ This a link to the CA Registrar of Voters: vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/status…

It was here late Tuesday night where I looked and 0% of Orange Country was tallied. This page also contains the date the election will be certified: 12/14/2018.

8/ Also there is some strange language indicating a time limit of the counting effort "County elections officials will continue counting ballots (vote-by-mail, provisional, etc.) during the 30-day post-election canvass period."

Is that a time limit to the count effort?
9/ Since the 'signatures don't match notice' can be delivered 8 days before the certification date, Dec. 6, 2018 and the recourse must be back 2 days before the certification date, it appears that will be just beyond the '30-day post-election canvass period.'
10/ How many voters will actually see and respond to these notices? Very few I bet.

After the Shenanigans with Prop. 6 Ballot Title I wouldn't put anything past these Democrats and their one party State.

Who might hold them accountable?
