13 Ways to Improve Your Life Quickly

> Do you want to level up without using up any willpower?
> Do you want to improve your life without doing anything?

No gym subscription required.
Most self-improvement programs require you to build new habits, change the way you eat, do things daily to improve.

This little "program" can help you get going without any of that daily effort.
1. Cancel your cable TV subscription if you have one. It'll save you money and improve your mental health.

If there's anything unmissable on TV (there ins't), you can catch it online on demand.

Make the call right now, and take your time and money back.
2. While you're at it, cancel your online TV too.

Every time you decide to consume TV, you should be paying for it - every game, every movie, every show.

Call it discipline. Call it quality control. Call it whatever you want.

Your consumption of TV junk will fall drastically.
3. Stop eating sugar.

This is the only dietary thing on the entire list. Don't eat or drink anything with sugar added.

Fruit are OK, juice isn't. Because juice is liquid sugar concentrate.

You will lose weight and feel better. Guaranteed.
4. Don't hang out with people who bring you down.

Neighbors, coworkers, family, old friends - if they bring you down and you don't like them, don't hang out with them.

It's not rocket surgery. When you get the dreaded invite, just don't go.
5. Don't pick up the phone just because it's ringing.

Screen your calls. That's what caller ID is for. If it's not a good time or it's not the right person, let it ring.

No-one is entitled to your time and attention unless they pay for it. Take back what's yours.
6. Turn off all electronics for an hour each day.

Climb on the chandelier if you want to, but turn off all the gadgetry for an hour daily - phone, TV, laptop, the "smart" watch on your writs, everything.

It's a brain cleanse, not an invite to browse the Internet from the car .
7. Stop consuming on credit.

Only time you should borrow is if you're making an investment in your business and education.

Don't borrow money to consume things - electronics, cars, a new kitchen.

If you can't afford it, save until you can.

Don't be a debt slave like the mass.
8. Get on a prepaid phone plan with limited data.

Your smartphone is the dumbest way you waste time and money every day. Put some obstacles to mindless consumption to immunize yourself.

The less you use your phone not as a phone, the better for your health and happiness.
9. Don't buy stuff just because it's on sale or it's the holidays.

Let lo-awarenes idiots consume themselves to death in poverty. Buy it only if you absolutely need it, or if it will help you make more money.

Buy what you want only if you can pay cash.
10. Don't engage in competitive consumption.

There's a new smartphone out? Crickets. Yours works just phine.

And if someone starts flashing their new toys - car, phone, TV, whatever - show them how bored you are.

Your job is to level up continually, let the mass consume.
11. Don't argue about politics unless you make money from it.

This is the most pointless thing you can possibly do.

Remember that people who bait you into it have something to gain from wasting your time - money and validation.

Ignore the losers or tell them to fuck off.
12. Never ask for permission.

You either want to do it or you don't. And if you do want it, you'll go and do it anyway, so drop the hypocrisy & don't be a submissive runt.

Let worriers, haters and dogs squirm on the sidelines. You're too busy succeeding to waste time splainin.
13. Stop being ashamed of what you want.

When you want something, go for it with everything you have. Otherwise, why are you alive at all? Are you?

A half-hearted life isn't even half of a life. Cowardice guarantees you self-hate and regret every day until your deathbed.
That's it.

None of these things takes money.
None of these things takes time.
None of these things requires you to do something daily.

NO EXCUSES.

Just stop self-sabotaging.

Results will come.
