Miniutti’s restraining order was granted. She has evidence she sustained injuries after Avenatti allegedly attacked her. That’s likely why he was arrested and why her restraining order request was granted. The incident took place in private. This does not look good for Avenatti.

It’s worth mentioning Avenatti’s estranged wife, Lisa Storie, originally claimed Michael was “hot tempered” & “emotionally abusive.” She changed the locks of their house to keep him away from her & their son. Police had even been called to the home they used to share in the past.
