Pernah dengar Intermittent Fasting / IF tak? IF guna konsep 16:8 (16 jam puasa dan 8 jam makan = total 24 jam). Tapi ‘puasa’ IF bukanlah macam puasa Ramadan. Cuma tak boleh makan, tapi boleh minum air kosong.

Sis dah cuba, turun 5kg. Pipi pau hilang, cheekbones naik.
Some other IF tips. IF ni lelaki perempuan boleh buat, tak jadi masalah. Yang bestnya, boleh pilih waktu nak ‘puasa’. Tak nak terasa lapar, buat lepas makan malam 8PM.
