Senate Judiciary Committee has cancelled a meeting scheduled for tomorrow to vote on a long list of federal court nominees — cancellation comes as Sen. Flake is pledging to vote no on all nominees until McConnell puts a Mueller protection bill up for a vote (HT @vanitaguptaCR) 
A "no" vote from Flake in committee wouldn't end a nomination — the committee can report out a nominee to the full Senate favorably, unfavorably, or without recommendation. See: fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/R…
The delay of a final vote on Thomas Farr's nomination comes after a nail-biter of a cloture vote yesterday, where VP Pence had to break a 50-50 tie (see thread above)
