One of my favorite moments from this Lambda School retreat this past week was when someone asked @calebhicks if there’s anything else we want to do with regard to instructional design/product.

Caleb’s response? “We’re almost to Lambda 1.0. Then we can start to really innovate.”
In a very real way much of Lambda School’s early success has come from giving brilliant educators the chance to build things as they should be from the ground up.

There are so many brilliant and talented people who love teaching, but very few orgs will give them reigns 100%.
It sure makes it easy when the financial analysis basically boils down to, “Will it make the students better? Then do it.”

Hard to overstate how important that is.
