Great find by Jeremy! @NWI_Realtor The prosecutor involved in the Evgeni Buryakov 2015-16 spy case was also involved in a tech firm non-prosecution agreement released 12/11/17. A tech firm that was running US classified information systems including SIPR net through Russia.
The firm agreed to put in place adequate security measures to avoid prosecution. Who signed the deal on 12/7/17? Eastern District of Virginia US Attorney Dana Boente, endorsed by Acting Assistant Attorney General for National Security Division Dana Boente.
Boente is a key player in National Security prosecutions handling the Wikileaks case, NSA leakers & various other security breach cases. In January 2018, he left DOJ to replace the ousted James Baker as Chief Counsel for the FBI.
Netcracker Technology Corp is a US based company but with offices & employees from around the world. It got a contract to provide software for the Defense Information Systems Network.
NTC was working as a subcontractor for an unidentified prime contractor. Work on the commercial verison of the software, which was the base code also used on the DISA Networks. Code & information of these classified computer networks was transferred to Russia & Ukraine.
So why did it take 4 years from the contract termination with the prime contractor for this non-prosecution agreement to be reached? If they were terminated from the contract, why did they agree to implement a security plan to protect the DISA networks?
Is it merely a coincidence that this agreement was signed during the same week that Bruce Ohr of DOJ was demoted for his #Spygate connections to a Russian Oligarch? Days after @GenFlynn plead guilty, & the same day Judge Sullivan replaced Judge Contreras on his case?
More rabbit holes to follow!
