While we as individuals may have got independence & fundamental rights under our Constitution as per SC in Sabarimala judgement our Hindu Deities have lost their fundamental rights ?
We must act to Protect the Rights of our Deities under our Constitution.
After SC in Sabarimala judgement held will of deity does not matter as he doesn't have fundamental rights the TDB legal representative of Sabarimala Deity which was articulating the will of deity switched to articulating the will of Kerala CM in SC to weaken the Review Petitions.
SC quote "In the adharma flowing from wrong decision in a Court of law, one fourth each is attributed to the person committing the adharma, witness, the judges and the ruler"
Some of the 1/4th ill effects of the adharmic judgement gone to @narendramodi ji as 'Ruler' Elec results?
Hope @narendramodi ji takes suitable action to correct the ill effects of the adharmic Sabarimala judgement by ensuring protection of rights of all Hindu Deities
the words of Swami Dayananda Saraswati Hon'ble PM's guru views on dharma preserved in twitter.
Before independence Kerala Rulers ruled as 'Padmanabha Dasa' taking inspiration from how Bharatha ruled Ayodhya subordinating themselves as Dasa to the will of the deity.
Post independence even deities expected to change traditions to suit the will of our elected CM's and Judges
Sardar Patel would never have forced the Travancore Kings to sign the covenant if he had foreseen how we would interpret the Constitution one day and take away protected rights of Hindu Deities in covenant against the spirit of Dharma in our Constitution.
Sec 4(1) of Central Places of Worship Act bars SC from substituting its writ for the Deity's will which is central part of the 'Religious Character' of Sabarimala Temple which was respected by Courts till 15th Aug 1947 and the Central Act ensures that Courts continue to respect.
The Travancore State became part of India only through covenant signed on 1st July 1949. On 15th Aug 1947 Rulers ruled the kingdom as 'padmanabha dasa' i.e the Deities had rights greater than Rulers.Sec 4(1) of Central Act ensures that religious will of deity continues to prevail
