Holy cow...I just remembered that the group founded by fundamentalist charlatan David Barton is called The Wall Builders.

I know it might seem like simplistic semantics to point out the parallel between Trump's "Build the Wall Movement" and Barton's "Wall Builders." But branding is a powerful thing...it's why companies pay a lot of money for it to be done well.
Millions of white evangelicals have been giving money to and reading books from an organization called "The Wall Builders." It's hard to imagine that this doesn't, in party, make them more receptive to being part of a movement devoted to "building the wall."
