This is how the men running the corporations treat the folks defending democracy. Why don’t they care about the damage they do to all our communities? Why do they cut and cut? It never, ever, ever even works. They pillage America’s history and future for a little bit of $.
What do you call a person that betrays American values and the defense of the people for short term pieces of silver?How do you define that person?
How do they sleep knowing that they have worked to profit from leaving Americans defenseless to corruption and crime and predation and ignorance?

I am shaking with rage.
The best part is that there will be zero consequence for any of these men. Zero. And every Tribune journalist like me will be furious for a day and then we'll press on with out jobs because thats what we do. And they'll win again. They always win.
And the worst part is, the gd story came out ANYWAY.

Folks, American democracy will likely not end with a Reichstag fire. It will not end with a military coup. It will end with a transformation of our political culture to transfer more and more power to the president and the ruling party at the expense of everyone else.
Our traditions, our laws, our processes, will be chipped away at. Court appointments will be politicized. Government will be shut down if the president doesn't get his way. Senate approval for appointees will no longer be sought as "acting" secretaries take power.
Obstruction of justice will be seen as the norm. Using the presidency as a personal piggy bank will be accepted. Ethics laws will be ignored. Nepotism will reign. Executive orders and the assertion of "emergency powers" will replace legislation.

Running: The Good, the Bad, and The Ugly

Running is a basic pattern that everyone should be CAPABLE of doing

But running is not necessarily "good" cardio

Should you run or not run? It depends on the following...
1. Do you KNOW how to run efficiently?

Running is a SKILL, its not something that you are automatically "good" at it

How you run (your gait), this makes a dramatic difference in how the force and impact of every step gets distributed throughout your body
Most people don't know this

And when they go to run, their gait is TERRIBLE

Plodding feet

Weak core

Bad posture

Poor footwear

Every step is accumulative damage that piles up over time

How many countries have moved from the so called 3rd World to the so called 1st World in the last 100 years through American-style democracy? Hard to find. Few that developed had another brand of democracy. Elite in developing nations will not accept equality of all. #democracy
Dear citizen, you have to sift thoroughly to find candidates that believe you deserve to be served with dignity and excellence, not enslaved or colonized. Please sift well. Check their track records. Your future and that of generations after you is at stake. #democracy

All the times the govt's own EU referendum pamphlet, delivered to every house, said that voting Leave meant "less access", "losing full access" & "uncertainty and risk" about the Single Market. But a majority voted Leave anyway.
