Send a handwritten letter to each and every victim with a personalized message recognizing the actual actions he took and why they were wrong and that he DIDN'T develop a new set of self-critical material and deliver it to an audience who actually consented to see him and open up
about how shitty his behavior was and that all he wants to do is try to repair the wrongs and serve as an example to men... We don't KNOW that he DIDNT do that so he probably did ok jeez lay off
