Guatemalan President Morales is making a grave mistake by cowardly threatening to expel the International Commission Against Impunity. nytimes.com/2019/01/07/wor…
Instead of worrying about what this important body might find in terms of corruption, he should be supporting its work and focusing on improving the lives and security of the Guatemalan people.
If this isn’t reversed, I will take this reckless decision into consideration when voting on future U.S. assistance to the Government of Guatemala.
