The unconscionable and malicious attack on the Judiciary by enemies of our democracy seeking to perfect their rigging bid will fail. No one has been safe under this admin seeking to perpetuate itself in power against the will of the people. The New NIGERIA will surely emerge.
Sections 231 of the Constitution is clear that the President cannot appoint a CJN unless the National Judicial Commission recommends and senate approves. It follows that the CJN cannot also be removed without a similar recommendation.
However Section 231 (4) allows the President to appoint the most senior justice for a maximum of 3 months where “the office is vacant” or “the person is unable to perform the functions of the office”. This is where they are heading.
Evil people rely on the acquiescence of naive people to allow them perpetuate their evil. It’s deeper than merely hurting others but the pride they ensconce themselves in while inflicting pain on the collective & blaming their victims for crimes they are guilty of themselves.
In their pathological bereavement in desperation, they will say because there is a petition against him he is “unable to perform the functions of this office”. While all the iterations Of their plot to force themselves on the collective tyrannically will self immolate...
...we the people must see this for what it is. The handwriting on the wall is clear. They know the Judiciary as currently constituted will not rubber stamp their election fraud as perfected with the militarization of the polls & activation of armed thugs supervised by Police.
They hope to get a backup plan with an amenable effigy at the Judiciary since the Legislature couldn’t be enslaved to do their bidding. They went with the corruption allegation route hoping to galvanize political will from the deliberately impoverished masses.
They know that poor people will never forgive the sound of public officers hoarding FX. But remember that the accusers are worshippers Of FX. They arrested Fela for same in the 80s. That was what they clamped on upon assumption of office. That’s what they take in bribes.
Think for a second how many petitions are gathering dust at EFCC and how disinterested they are unlike frivolous stage managed accusations against their seeming political enemies. The Judiciary is under attack and we all must brace ourselves for what comes next.
They will arrest more innocent souls they know can see through their shenanigans. The Truth has officially become hate speeches. They are robbing the country dry and distracting us with falsehood. They are battling the legislative sand now pouncing on the Judiciary.
In my opinion, God is not the author of confusion. The CJN MUST shun any tribunal without NJC investigation and recommendation. This is not a jungle but a Democratic Republic where the rule of Law operates despite the influx of the vestiges of the military interregnum.

By virtue of the judgment of the Court of Appeal in respect of the case of Justice of Justice Hyeladzira Nganjiwa, the Chief Justice of Nigeria and in fact, any serving judicial officer judge, cannot be tried by the Code of Conduct tribunal or even court, until ...
...the National Judicial Council, NJC would have dealth with the matter. Though, the matter is still on appeal at the Supreme court, the judgment still stands.
“As a matter of fact, based on that judgment, the Code of Conduct Tribunal had to discontinue the trial of Supreme court justice, Sylvester Ngwuta who was facing trial on alleged false declaration of assets.”
Similarly, the Federal High court had struck out money laundering charges against the Supreme court justice based on this judgment. Same thing in respect of Justice Ajumogobia. “Lex uno ore omnes alloquitur” - The Law speaks to all with the same Mouth.
