It turns out that Aveshka not only deals with FISAs, but it also deals with national security letters and the President's Intelligence Advisory Board (IOB).

Don't forget that National Security Letters were sent out over the course of Crossfire Hurricane.

Also a reminder that Stuart Evans was in charge of the FISA process. He was the DOJ point person. So presumably he was dealing with somebody in the FBI's FISA Unit.
