Amid shutdown, FAA warned workers against "partisan political activity" issuing guidelines on what they can't say, per emails I obtained.

FAA contractor told me the main reason employees aren't striking is they're afraid of a repeat of when Reagan fired 11,000 striking FAA workers in 1981.

The manufacturer of the tear gas used on migrants in Tijuana by CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) this weekend had just been awarded its largest ever subcontract from CBP.

The firm also supplied the tear gas used on demonstrators in Ferguson & Standing Rock

Trump’s new DOJ chief is still working for *14* different companies, per Iowa state records I reviewed.

The businesses are strikingly varied, spanning road racing, childcare, custom bikes, ice rinks, real estate & more.

This supposedly "non-partisan" voter data operation (a 501c4) gloated about using its database of 55 MILLION voters to "MAKE SURE Trump was elected POTUS."

- Met w/ Don Jr on 10/28/16, five days before launching a $1M digital ad campaign

- Attended Trump "rallies" in 2016

Context matters. There are some situations in which “resist” or “impeach” could constitute partisan political activity under the Hatch Act, but OSC’s new guidance goes too far and could be abused to retaliate against civil servants.
