Wonder who told Greg Jaczko and his publisher that this statement was a valuable use of tightly limited "author blurb" space.
"Jaczko is now an adjunct professor at Princeton University and Georgetown University, and an entrepreneur with a clean energy development company."
Though I'm grateful for the honest, enlightening statement of his glaring conflicts of interest in hawking a book denigrating the most capable source of clean energy in the market, it makes me wonder what the advisors were thinking.
Here's a guy who was fired from the top job at the NRC an independent regulatory body employing 4,000 experts. Reported to White House by all 4 fellow commissioners for establishing a hostile work environment that threatened mission accomplishment.

That job is at the top of the federal employee pay scale. Now he's an adjunct professor (and we know how those positions pay) and working to start a Clean Energy company. That's the same market currently dominated by nuclear energy, the technology he severely criticizes
It MIGHT be legitimate if his criticism was founded in technical knowledge or in depth research, but he recently stated on NPR's 1a that his education was in a field "as far from nuclear energy as you can imagine".
Also described how Harry Reid pushed Obama to make him chairman
Jaczko should be ashamed of his sharp criticism of an agency that has so successfully helped nuclear energy – in the US and around the world –accumulate an unmatched safety record. He has made life more difficult for his former colleagues in order to damage a market competitor
Though I am loathe to put money in the pocket of someone who is working diligently to hamper a powerful tool for producing the abundant, clean, reliable energy the world needs, I guess I'm going to have to buy his book so I can share more details of how he gets it all wrong.
