Becoming best friends with yourself happens in the darkness.

When you hit rock bottom, you have nowhere else to go.

That's when you HAVE to get to know all of yourself.

The good & ESPECIALLY the bad.

Once that happens, you now have your back for life.

Best friend status.
'Does it have to be in the darkness? Why can't I become best friends with myself in the light?'

Because you're missing one key element.

'Which is?'

Friction.
Friction is what allows you to see if a friendship is legit or fake.

'But why though?'

Because friction moves past words alone & now sheds light into the actions.
Everyone can be there for you when things are fine and dandy.

At that point, they have their words to fall back on.

Which is why the comfort zone will have you feeling more popular than ever.
But in the darkness?

Things begin to change.

This is the stage where action takes over.

At this point, a lot of 'friends' start disappearing.

Only a few will remain.
Now having friends from the external world that stick by your side is great.

But you have to take it a level further.

'How?'

You have to go internal.
Even the worlds greatest empath will NEVER be able to fully feel your pain.

Only YOU will be able to feel that.

Whether it's the death of a loved one, a car accident, going broke etc.

You need to begin this journey.

'What journey?'

The journey to make sense of the pain.
'Is it okay if I feel scared?'

Ya.

Most people do, tbh.

In fact, they feel so scared, that they do everything in their power to avoid this journey.

They turn to alcohol, drugs, excessive partying etc.

ANYTHING they can think of to run away from beginning...
But the rare few?

They begin.

Despite feeling some nerves, they enter into the unknown.

▪They learn about their pain.

▪They make sense of their inner demons.

▪They battle darkness day in & day out like a fucking warrior.
Each day as they move forward in this path, each day they learn more about themselves.

Day by day, the unknown is becoming more clear.

And the clearer the unknown becomes, the stronger the bond with your internal world grows.
Soon enough...

You begin to understand yourself on a deeper level.

You have always known the good sides to you.

But now?

You also know the bad sides.
And when you officially understand the good AND the bad, you have survived the journey.

You now have your back for LIFE.

You feel more confident than EVER.

'Really??'

Yes.

☆ Confidence = Best friends with yourself.
So if you are going thru a dark time right now, understand the only way to overcome it is by entering the unknown.

The ArmaniTalks page was formed from my rockbottom moment.

I survived.

So will you.
Now keep pushing forward.

Chronicle your journey out of the abyss.

Then look back with pride once you overcame the adventure that many were afraid to take.

Your best friend waits on the other end.
