First of all, that AA appointments are to blame for the Eskom crisis is racist. It is based on the belief that blacks are inferior & cannot possibly be qualified or capable. Accuse me of pulling the race card, IDC, it is a lazy retort for those blind to their own prejudice.
Secondly, if you had informed yourself & not blindly lapped up disinformation, you would know that the DA said it is NOT adopting the ANC’s BBBEE model, but acknowledging the need for race-based redress, given SA’s history. Race remains a proxy for disadvantage. Fact.
The reason for the Eskom crisis? Mismanagement & corruption you would have heard of the Eskom Inquiry & the revelations there? It is easy to resort to race than actually examining issues on a factual basis, rather than pointing fingers to satisfy your own bias. G’day.
