Lisa Britt, who worked for McCrae Dowless on behalf of Mark Harris, says she was paid to collect absentee ballots from voters. This is illegal in North Carolina.

Britt says she collected a ballot from Emma Shipman, an 87-year-old voter. She says she gave the ballot to Dowless but was later contacted and told the ballot shouldn't have been taken from Shipman. She gave Shipman the ballot back

Britt says they wouldn't mail more than 9 absentee ballots at a time because they didn't want it to raise flags with the board of elections. She also said she once placed a stamp upside down a few times, and Dowless told her not to do that because it would raise suspicions

Britt says Dowless wanted the witness signature and the voter's signature on the absentee ballots to be in the same color ink.
