No. All signs from Brussels and Member States are that they are utterly fed up of the PMs obvious kick the can 'strategy' and expect her to fail in Parliament, or not even try as the Sunday Times suggests.
Virtually all Brexit analysts can spot that the PMs 'strategy' of holding a late vote is hugely risky and even if successful requires an extension as there won't in fact be time to implement the legislation before Brexit. Hopefully enough MPs will notice and force her hand
One can feel a sense of despair growing across UK politics. Best way to address it is for MPs to take action, because the despair mostly results from truly awful political leadership, from the PM and opposition. Someone has to step in... fingers crossed
