I wanna tell a story about my personal experience with an Ecuadorian bourgeois family, just to be able to explain to y’all how depraved the nat bourgeoisie is there and everywhere else. Now, I was there cuz I had to do a study abroad 4 my major, and I stayed with an 🇪🇨 family.

One moment in particular sticks out in my memory. If y’all remember, the UN was having a conference to promote children drinking breastmilk instead of formula. All the countries in the world were in favor of this declaration, except the US.

Of course the reason the US was against this declaration is because it had baby formula companies that wanted to keep making money. And so the US began to look for countries that were putting a lor of support behind this declaration. Ecuador was one if them.

It threated 🇪🇨 that if it promoted the use of breastmilk, the US would impose certain sanctions on it. Disgusting

Of course my host family talked about this. And I remember the absolute disgust of the dad. As background info, the dad was big bourgeois in a semi-big company

He said that the US was the most morally bankrupt country in the world and that it could never be trusted. “Look at Afghanistan, look at Iraq, it can’t be trusted.” And he pointed out numerous examples of this. He absolutely hated the US and knew his history of why he should.

But then he said something along the lines of, “but we need them. We need them to protect us from the Maduros, Correas, and Ortegas of the world.” The only thing he cared about, and the whole family cared about, was their money. They knew how terrible the US is, how it can...

making a pact with the devil. Guaidó has to know that, if he were to take power, he wouldn’t last more than 6 months. But they don’t not care about regular people, they don’t care about morals (smth they always claim they have but the leftists don’t), all they care about is money

All of them know that the US is the most evil political entity to have ever walked this planet. But what they want is to make sure the left can’t take power, so that they can keep theirs. And if ppl have to suffer for that, so be it.

These ppl r bad. They hate poor ppl, they hate PoC, they hate women. But they *do* have a moral compass, and they *do* know that making any sort of deal with the US is fundamentally wrong, but they have to protect their class interests first, and so they’ll do whatever it takes
