So @PLOSONE @HealthyBrown You can see it's not only parents who have observed #ROGD . There are now detransitioned women talking about it openly. Maybe it's time to listen to them, not just angry trans activists who have tried to discredit Dr. Littman?

It is *not* a "total reversal" of his beliefs for *all* #Trans ppl. Your selective reading of the page is very telling and is representative of the mentality & intentions common among Trans "activists/allies." Altho this case and perhaps your own perspective are not nearly the1/x
most egregious, they are still problematic. Anyone reading your tweets would likely believe that Hakeem does not believe in psychotherapy for *any* #Trans ppl, which is clearly not the case. It is like those who ignore that @BlanchardPhD & @profjmb are among the strongest 2/x
advocates of #Trans ppl, including supporting their desire for SRS--in adulthood. In short, you/others frame the narrative in such a self-serving and selective/biased/distorted manner. For instance, 1) there is still *no* evidence that being "Trans" is "normal" in any way, 3/x

This is just one person's story: . Ask yourself what kind of person *ignores* such realities or refuses to acknowledge that the claim that such people comprise only 2-4% of the population is based on the bullying/intimidation committed by #Trans 1/x
"activists" against anyone who dares speak out like this brave young woman. We know this bullying/intimidation extends to "#Trans" people, to their families, and to any researcher or clinician who would like to study such important issues (e.g., ). I 2/x
really hope that *reasonable* and *honest* people will appreciate just how ignorant, "deluded" (n.a.d.), self-serving, "narcissistic" (n.a.d.), misguided, self-righteous etc. someone has to be to ignore the realities that I and my guests have conveyed in my numerous videos. I 3/x

After dealing with #Trans "activists" for the past few days (if anyone wants to subject my multi-tweet threads to the "roll up the app" or whatever it's called, as you did earlier today, I would appreciate it), and seeing the same attitude, tactics and sleight of hand each 1/x
time, let me show you one more reason why I am doing what I am doing, even though it's taking up all of my time: . This is a mother who has heard from many parents whose experiences w/"gender affirming therapists" is much different from what the 2/x
aforementioned #Trans "activists" would have you believe. *They* will never accept the reality of these stories b/c they are too *personally* invested in their ideology and their *personal* "cause." Now, some of these "activists" will claim I am merely engaging in ad hominem 3/x

For anyone who has read my extensive tweets and *still* inexplicably does not understand my concerns abt #Trans ideology and “activists”—which suggests you are unintelligent, ignorant and/or blinded by a hateful and/or self-serving ideology/agenda—let me draw some parallels 1/x
that might help explain: If I were an MD and I knew the sugar lobby was lying abt cholesterol, I would be exposing this far and wide. I would do the same if the APA was pushing conversion therapy for gays and I could show it is harmful to them (this was before my time but I 2/x
do talk about such things in my classes). More recently, before the DSM-5 came out, I gave many MSM interviews highlighting the concerning process and some of the proposed (potentially) problematic disorders. The point is, psychologists have an ethical duty to serve society 3/x
