One of the biggest challenges for companies implementing bots today is getting bots + human agents to work well alongside each other. Bots are amazing for well defined use cases, humans are needed to handle the edge cases and everything else.
But this only works if the bot and human agent platform can share full context and memory, and can hand off seamlessly in both directions. That's really difficult to do as two separate companies. Together we can actually deliver on the promise of automation.
