Strong is needing special rules to win because you can’t get the most votes anymore.

Weak is suggesting that’s dumb and all votes should be equal.
The founding fathers were infinitely wise and created a perfect form of government, that’s why they set it up so we could own people and women couldn’t vote.
The founding fathers in their infinite wisdom established the electoral college to prevent the masses from electing a dangerous fool, which is why the electoral college gave us George W. Bush and Donald Trump.
If you watched some other country’s “democracy” twice electing a fascist clown who received less votes based on some centuries old technical rules set up by slavers, you’d say that’s a broke-ass democracy.

And you’d be right.
If the electoral college did what it’s actually supposed to do, faithless electors would’ve installed Hillary Clinton, and that would also have looked like a broke-ass democracy.

It’s antiquated. It was a bad idea to begin with. It should go.
Yep. And Republicans haven’t installed a president without leaning on those special rules since 1988. Since we’re talking about dates.
