One passage in this struck me as not being true.
This one. 
Unfortunately, though I have read (with some skimming, tbh: knowing when you can skim is a key barrister skill) every page of the thing, I’m not sure many others have (let alone “analysed” it).
We hear a bit about the backstop. But in other parts of the forest, it contains all sorts of strange and interesting beasts.
Some of those beasts would emerge, to cries of astonishment, during the passage of an Implementation Bill.
Others would come out, to cries of alarm, during a crisis in, say, 2020.
But for the moment, the beasts lie, undisturbed, but in plain sight for those who want to look.
