You may not know this, but the Indianapolis police hang out at the local FedEx shipping hub to seize packages of cash they think are suspicious, and it is highly lucrative.
In this case, Customs and Border Protection ended up seizing a package that was sent from Ohio to Arizona as it passed through Indiana.

Roger Stone's lawyers filed a bunch of - well, let's call them creative - motions late last night. Up first, Stone says the charges that he lied to Congress have to be dismissed because Congress didn't officially complain about his having lied.
The real culprits, Stone's lawyers say, are House Democrats who drew attention to his allegedly false statements in violation of committee rules.
Stone's lawyers argue that he can't be charged with obstructing the Russia investigation because it didn't conclude that Americans conspired with Russia to sway the election. (That's not an element of the statute.)

I know a lot of you feel uncertain how to go forward right now. Here are things you can do (and encourage others to do):

1. Call your electeds and continue to push for the full report to be released to Congress + a declassified version to be released to the public.

2. Support the House’s push for AG Barr to testify.

3. Register to vote (via @HeadCountOrg) and make sure your friends/family are registered to vote too: headcount.org/registertovote/
4. Call for electeds to handle Russian interference in 2020 in a bipartisan manner.

Remember: @amyklobuchar had a bipartisan bill which she introduced in advance of 2018. Let’s talk about this, and push for it again. npr.org/2018/07/19/630…

This is why I get angry that DoorDash calls to confirm I *really* mean the tips I give. Because I know that if I give what just seems like a good tip, it just comes out of their wages - I have to tip on top of the tip to make sure they get tipped.
Yeah, and I don't think they even do a good job of defending it. Not to do free PR for jerks, but the winning move would be to position their payment as a "guaranteed minimum tip".

"If your customer stiffs you, don't worry: we got you."

Long term I'm going to get a stockpile of cash in my dresser drawer that is just for gig delivery tips, but the times that we *need* delivery, I also can't go out and get cash.

Hi. This thread is about @glitchedpuppet @eevee and their former partner Marl. Eevee is a the dev behind the veekun Pokedex. Glitchedpuppet is better known as PurpleKecleon and makes and creates the @floraverse webcomic. This is about how 2 children are victims of CSA by them.
In 2014 @glippredatorhus came forward about Glips husband, Marl, talking to them about sexual matters when she was a child. They specifically mention how Marl showed them an unsheathed dog penis. Here is her story.
Glip, Eevee and Marl claimed that @glippredatorhus (who I will henceforth refer to as Lain) was just an attention seeking child. They use an email from an anonymous source saying "she did it to me" as proof of this.
