I must have missed this one. @JohnBrennan with all due respect, they have had access to hundreds of witnesses and thousands of documents if something existed you know they could have sent DOJ a criminal referral - it would leak to the media.
Here’s the thing-after all this set up regarding alleged collusion that’s all it is a set up. There was never any real collusion just the implication of one through disinformation in the media, a false dossier by foreign spy’s directed by US officials intent on
Ensuring @realDonaldTrump would not get into office or impeaching him. History will be the judge of what happened- what those involved didn’t expect was that he would win. Further, they didn’t expect that there would be those of us that wouldn’t buy the lies and seek only truth.

Think about this: Mexican gov is helping transport people for the drug cartels and criminal traffickers to the US border - illegal migrants don’t just get to walk in without paying traffickers - and the drug cartels are also counting on those fighting against border security
And against changes in the law. Once they reach the porous border they just send them through with rehearsed asylum claims, no identifiers and coach them on how to game the system. Unfortunately, thousands of children and women are sex trafficked as well. Protecting our border

Classified information, use of unverified intel from former British spy/Russians in a dossier to get a FISA to spy on Americans, lies told to Congress, handing Syria’s Chem weapons issue to Russia, not holding Hillary Clinton accountable, an FBI/CIA politicized.
Let’s lift our nation up - not tear it down from the inside out. Let’s start this New Year by supporting one another. I will keep investigating and hopefully there will be a resolution in the end - @realDonaldTrump declassify the docs (Transparency is key)

Today (3/27/2018), attorneys for Paul Manafort filed a motion to dismiss the charges brought by the Special Counsel in the Eastern District of VA.

Arguments by Manafort’s counsel:
(1) Rosenstein’s Order appointing the Special Counsel exceeds his authority.
(2) the superseding indictment “extends beyond the scope of jurisdiction that the [Order] purports to grant.”
The Order grants “carte blanche to investigate and prosecute ‘any matters’ that might arise” from Trump/Russia investigation.

“The Order thus permits the sort of unaccountable, ‘sprawl[ing]’ investigation the Special Counsel Regulations were designed to prevent."
