My KENYA STORY.

1. The incredible thing about being a highly demanded behavioural change expert is that your mastery is postulated from all over the world and while at work, you can create some time for fun.

2. Today’s fun was at NAIROBI KENYA. A city of about five million precious people.

I expended the day observing, listening and learning about their culture. Here are some intriguing stories I curated for you.

3. Kenyans have a high level of discipline. They also have structures and systems for consequences management. For example, smoking outside d designated smoking zone attracts a $500 fine while constructing a building on a government property attracts $4000 fine &a demolition fee
4. They have a PRESERVATION CULTURE. Their 65 year old national museum with 28 floors gives you the bird view privilege to experience the city in few seconds. This enthrallment attracts thousands of dollars daily.

5. Their business model is mostly COOPERATIVE / COMMUNAL FUNDING. Real estates are acquired in groups, transportation businesses are also welded in groups. E.g, U can’t just be led to acquire a ‘danfo’ today&start driving it on the street 2morow. U have to permeate a cooperative
6.They are also about 70% Christians, 15% Muslims, and about 15% free thinkers.

They love YAMACHOMA ( Barbecue). YAMA means meat while CHOMA means bbq. They also have disciplined and respectful police men who request for permission before searching your cars.

7. There were no visible potholes, no honking, no aggressive driving and they own right hand drive cars.

9) They are also up for adoption for $50 a year. During the adoption process, you will receive an adoption certificate, monthly reports, pictures of your adopted animal and a private viewing privilege to visit your baby.

8. Finally, I visited the elephant orphanage and giraffe park. I even fed the giraffes.

All the 21 elephants at the park are orphans who lost their parents to drought and human sabotage.

10. Each elephant gulps down 24 litres of milk daily so you can imagine how wealthy the milk manufacturing vendor will be.

To be continued...
