Jerome Corsi—who spoke with Trump 6 times and was in a joint defense agreement with him—changed his answers to the feds about WikiLeaks so many times it concerned his lawyer. Corsi ultimately told Mueller he couldn't tell the difference between fantasy and reality. #NotSuspicious
/ Trump's defenders see this obvious evidence of a pro-Trumper lying to federal law enforcement to cover up his actions—and doing so effectively—and who do they blame? That's right: Mueller. The recent Post article laying out Corsi's evasions is being used to critique *Mueller*.
/ What I took from the Mueller Report and the Post (below) is that Mueller was stymied by lies, evasions, witnesses unwilling to testify, destruction of evidence, DOJ regulations and more. But *nothing* in the case is consistent with Trump being innocent. washingtonpost.com/politics/insid…
/ So a man constantly in contact with the president, whose legal team is in secret talks with Trump's, ends up telling federal law enforcement that he can't distinguish fantasy from reality? And the conclusion people like Glenn Greenwald reach is that... that's *not* suspicious?
/ The truth will out. Either in Mueller's fourteen referred cases, the two or more ongoing counterintelligence cases, the twenty pending federal/state investigations into Trump, the SCO prosecutions still waiting to unfold this summer/fall, or by other means. The truth will out.
