Rather obvious that a lot of the people reacting to this story, especially in the media, either did not read it or are intentionally ignoring what it says.
Mueller was clearly concerned that the coverage of Barr's summary wasn't giving the full picture on obstruction.
Barr's summary was not inaccurate, but it did omit the arguments which Mueller felt were critical to explaining his position in the report.

That's a matter of opinion. Ultimately, it was at the AG's discretion how to handle the release. As the whole report is now released and people can judge for themselves, it seems like a somewhat pointless argument.
