@MeghanMcCain @TheView 5...complete refusal. Now, was Holder wrong? Yes. Was the GOP using this for pure politics? Yes, but that does not change the fact that Congress has oversight power. But this had nothing to do with refusing to testify, and there was not a complete refusal to turn over....
